The MAUS Xtin Klein is designed for all kinds of small fires in the initial phase (approx. up to 45 seconds from when the fire starts). Only 24cm long and weighing only 1/8 of what a traditional 2 kg powder extinguisher approximately weighs, allows MAUS Xtin Klein to fit almost anywhere.

In your tool bag, in your belt, in the glove box, etc. We always recommend to use MAUS Xtin Klein first as it will save both time and money thanks to its residue free technology. A powder extinguisher has a larger capacity but will create damaging residues.

For larger fires we recommend the three times more powerful MAUS Xtin Grand.

The devices are not capable of extinguishing burning metals such as those found in flares and may bot be effective on glowing ember.
