- in the context of a request for a quote.

This statement does not apply to the processing of your personal data by Rockatz if you are a person with whom Rockatz has established or is engaged in establishing a contractual relationship.

For the purposes mentioned in this privacy statement, the personal data we may collect includes the following information:

-       your job title and the name of your company, if applicable;

-       your phone number and your address in certain cases.

·       When you place an order:

-       the amount of your order and your bank details;

-       your name and address.

·       When you apply for a job offer:

-       data related to education and profession as well as contact details, personal characteristics such as age, date of birth, gender, experience, and any information provided during the application or mentioned in the cover letter.

·       When you submit a request for a quote:

-       information about the contact person at the company (job title, name, email address, and phone number);

-       information about the project manager for whom a quote request is submitted (job title, name, email address, and phone number).

Please note that when using the Website, Rockatz automatically collects, through cookies and browsing data, the following information: HTTP protocol elements and search terms.

4. Processing of your data by Rockatz

The term "processing" should be interpreted in a very broad sense and may relate to any operation or set of operations applied to personal data or sets of personal data, whether or not carried out by automated means (for example, collection, recording, organisation, storage, consultation).

5. How and for what purposes does Rockatz collect and process your data?

Rockatz may collect and process your personal data for the following purposes:

- for the purpose of sending you newsletters, annual reports, and invitations to events that we believe may interest you;

- when you send us a request via the Website, in order to process your request and provide you with an appropriate response;

- when you use the Website, in order to improve the quality and efficiency of our Website and to make your access to web pages faster and easier;

- when you apply for a job offer, for the purposes of managing and tracking application files, selecting and interviewing candidates, responding to candidates; for the purposes of recruitment decisions and the execution of pre-contractual measures; and for the legitimate interests of Rockatz, particularly when your data is processed in order to contact you for another vacant position;

- when you submit a request for an offer, in order to analyse, manage and track requests.

You can also withdraw your consent given to receive communications or invitations at any time by sending an email toinfo@rockatz.luor by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any invitation or communication sent by Rockatz. In this case, Rockatz will immediately stop sending you communications and invitations.

Please note that these rights are not always absolute and Rockatz may not be able to respond to some of your requests.

Rockatz reserves the right to modify this privacy statement from time to time to reflect changes in the law, our data collection and practices used, and to ensure that it is accurate, complete, and up to date. We advise you to check this privacy statement from time to time.
